What can you ask?
Parents may ask how the journey works, what roles parents and children hold, how learning is designed, how fit is considered, and which dates, places, costs or operating arrangements have been confirmed.
If a detail remains unknown, we will say that directly rather than provide a speculative answer.
Registering interest is not a booking commitment
Register Interest means that you would like an update when information is confirmed or that you wish to begin a conversation. It does not reserve a place, take payment or accept terms that have not been published.
The form should collect only what is needed for the next contact. Passports, dates of birth, medical information and detailed child profiles do not belong at the interest stage.
Contact information should be used clearly and sparingly
The page will explain the data purpose before submission. A programme response and a marketing choice should not be bundled ambiguously, and an opt-out route should remain easy to find.
Response channels and service hours will appear only after an owner confirms them. The site will not invent a promise of instant or round-the-clock replies.
